This home was perfect for our stay!

Had a very nice peaceful stay

the place was clean, it was beautiful, and the town it was in was nice with lots to do.....my only issue, and its a small one, is that it was basicslly a trailer. I lived in a trailer at home and was kind of disappointed to end up traveling to another trailer. but, overall it was still worth what I paid

Great property! The home had everything we needed. The beds felt small for 2 people but can’t complain because they are accurately listed. The kitchen had all the essentials. There were plenty towels. And I appreciate that there were plenty laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets. I also appreciate the can of bug spray that was there. Only minor complaints were that we spotted some bugs and the water did have a slight sulfur smell and sometimes didn’t get as hot as I’d like—- but I feel this all came with the nature of being in the location. The host was easy to get in touch with as we had a minor problem upon check-in but all was resolved. I do wish there was a picture listed of the front of the house from the street for easy locating.

We visit Inverness many times in the summer for air boating . This home is small( but very cozy) which isn’t a problem for us because we only sleep there and back on the water! We lOVED the property, quiet, serene, very sweet neighbors and closer to amenities! If you want to relax on the water, in a quiet place, nestled in the trees… this is the place!

Easy stay in a fish camp setting. Was VERY clean and host was very easy to communicate with.

Susan who manages the property was lovely and quick to respond. The property it self was not a great value. There are no pictures of the outside of the property and when we arrived it is an old rundown trailer. There are very few lights inside, the electrical box is by the bed and twice my husband hit it with his elbow while sleeping. There are no GFI switches in the kitchen. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets and the silver ware was broken bent and old. The bed s were comfortable and the towels were fairly new but the sheets were very thin. There were very few outlets to plug anything into. Also, the only work space is at the kitchen counter which doubles as a breakfast bar but the stools provider are small and painful to sit on for ling periods, like working remotely. We agree that it was definitely not worth four hundred dollars for two nights.

Very peaceful and private, it was exactly what we were looking for. Nice and quiet, but just a few minutes away from stores and restaurants.

Stay was amazing . I was in Florida for work and needed somewhere to stay and booked it last minute she was very easy to get along with I let her know I wouldn't get there until later at night . So she made sure there was a light on which made it really easy to get in I will definitely stay again next time I come down

We needed a relaxing weekend to start our Spring break. This little gem fit the bill perfectly. We sat out on the dock, listened to the bullfrogs, enjoyed the ducks, and watched the sun go down. There are some really good restaurants less than 15 minutes away. Definitely a 5 star stay. We will book Jennifer's cabin again.

What a great place to stay! Check in was easy, the accommodations were very clean and well-kept. Location is centrally located to many things to see and do. We look forward to staying here again!

We had stayed with Jennifer a previous time in another location. This time we had an Airbnb booked that was just horrible and we needed to leave immediately. Jennifer really helped us out to find one of her properties available for us to stay in as soon as we could. The outdoor area is beautiful with a long lit up dock to the water. Really peaceful place to stay after such a horrible experience. Very clean. AC works great. We would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint I have is that I had to leave. Wonderfully peaceful. Just what I needed after a few months of stress. Hope to return for a longer stay. Thank you

We really enjoyed the location of this mobile home. I did my homework on this place and weighed the pros and cons. It is an older mobile home, but it’s cozy for a short term stay. The trailer on both sides of us were respectful. The sunsets were incredible and the little wildlife oasis is what attracted me to this place. Beds were cozy. Had enough cookware, etc to make a few meals. Would recommend you bring a fishing pole and not a lot of luggage as there is not a lot of room for storage. Plenty of towels, basics and a washer and dryer. Highly recommend. Thank you.

As long as you fully understand that this is an older mobile home and are comfortable with that, it’s a great place to stay. There was a renter using the RV pad in the back yard while we stayed, but we didn’t have any issues with them. Check in was very simple, the home was clean but not spotless if you looked too close, neighborhood was quiet but don’t go in expecting anything fancy. Water pressure was great, beds were comfortable but are both doubles so make sure you are aware of that. We would stay again if we come back to the area!

This is a nice place, quiet, on the edge of the water, also fairly close to a long bike trail. Large yard with plenty of shade.

We stayed for about 2 months. Susan, the property manager, was great and responded quickly whenever needed. The dwelling is comfortable and clean. The sunsets over the water are beautiful.

Absolutely adored this place, it had everything we needed and yet was so simple. The location was amazing, we especially enjoyed taking our kayaks down to the free boat ramp at the end of Turner Camp Rd. What a pristine part of the Withlacoothie, in 4 hours we only saw 3 other boaters! 6$ for worms on the way there (small convenience store) produced several perch! Baby gator at the dock, and hundreds of sandhillcranes really emphasized just how close to the ecosystem this huney hole is. Neighbors were friendly and we got to chat with a sandhillcranes rescue worker. Found we really needed the fan to stay cool in the back bedroom ( the thermostat is up-front) but there was one at the ready so overall, just a fabulous little place with lots of privacy, great hosts and highly recommend if you just want a place to step away from the world. If you are looking for a lot of fluff and an Ikea decor, this may seem a little rustic, but for a " fish camp" it's got everything you need.

This town and house is a gem had a wonderful time huge backyard dog loved it also house was clean and stocked with basically everything you need. My only complaint is there were airboats riding right behind the house Friday night from when i got there till 2am kept me awake(very loud can hear for miles) Sat Morning 7am neighbor across the street with a bulldozer woke me up so I didn't get much sleep that night but other than that it was amazing not much you can do about that

We really enjoyed our time here this past weekend! Everything we needed was at the house highly recommended renting. Beautiful scenery lots of wildlife! We will most definitely be back!

We stayed with our two young children (ages 4 and 2) and we loved it! We all loved exploring the property, saw some sandhill cranes, hawks, turtles, etc. We felt like this was a great place to kayak and had a fun time doing so. The kitchen is fully stocked, which I really appreciated. Shower pressure was great. Thank you so much for sharing your place!

We had an interesting stay here. We were first greeted by a large dead cockroach on our bedroom chair, and when we notified the owners they seemed to express doubt at its existence. The beds were relatively comfortable, and the rest of the house clean enough. Some men were walking around the property on the last day, no clue who they were. People should also be aware that although the confederate flag that was once indoors as seen in the photos is no longer there, there is one prominently displayed on the flagpole outside. Symbols of hate don't belong anywhere.

this is a small 2/1 single wide on a beautiful, peaceful, scenic lot. It well kept, clean, and fully stocked! We had zero complaints! Just perfect!

My stay at Jennifer‘s place was amazing it was very peaceful and I got a lot of hiking and a lot of great photos taken at local state parks I look forward to staying with her in the future great place. Highly recommend if you want to get some peace and quiet heard the fishing is great too.

Why anyone would pay ridiculous prices for a hotel in the area when they can have this amazing gem is beyond me. You get two bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Laundry, fishing, etc. kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. All the utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. I could go on an on. Just bring your groceries, clothing and fishing gear, the rest is there. Did I mention how clean and comfortable it is? Will definitely be booking again. There is even a tree with tangerines if you want some fresh Florida citrus. Highly highly recommended if I could give 10 stars I would! This is Airbnb on another level! They thought of EVERYTHING!! Will definitely be booking again! 👏👏👏👏

This rental was absolutely perfect for our bass fishing vacation. This property is located on a dead end road, right off a small canal that leads to 19,000 acres of water. Some of it can only be accessed by airboat but we could have spent a month out there and not covered all the water. 3 days and we caught around 40 Bass and they bit on everything we threw at them. Gorgeous waters and sunsets. Some of the cleanest fresh water in Florida. The neighborhood is very old Florida, people that want to live a peaceful and simple life, tucked away but within 5 minutes from grocery stores, tackle shop and restaurants. Everything that you would need. The rental was very clean, thoroughly stocked, including a grill and AC was nice and cold. Also a very convenient launch for our boat just a few houses down. The launch is not for big boats, however. But we were able to launch our 18’ Hewes with no problem. We had a great time and cannot wait to go back. They were great hosts. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful place to get away from it all! Located at the end of the street and an appoint with immediate access to water off two docks! We enjoyed watching the sunsets off the dock and observing the local wildlife including several sand hill cranes which are fairly scarce from what I read! Really a great place to restore and relax but close into town at just about a 10 minute drive so also easy to get to great restaurants and live music if that’s your jam! The home was tidy, simple and completely adequate. We wish we could have stayed longer as we only had three nights to spare. Could absolutely see coming back and enjoying the spot. Bring your kayak! Amazing kayaking Just off the dock.

Great little place to relax for a few days. Only negative was the water was slightly discolored so we had to buy gallons of water. Other than the water situation, it was peaceful.

Nice little Single wide trailer on a dead end road, for an inexpensive place to stay on short notice it was just what we needed, a bed and a shower! Wish we had kayaks or a boat with us to enjoy the lake, dock was nice, had neighbors on both sides, 2 beds and a pull out couch, Good for the 3-4 adults if 2 share a bed, was clean inside and heat and a/c worked,

Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Close to the grocery stores. Even though it asks for dogs to stay off the furniture, the couches and house smelled like straight dog. I had to have the windows open all weekend to air out the house. But besides that, good communication with owner.

I came into town for a 1 week trial and stayed here. Unfortunately was so involved with work I did not get to enjoy everything it had to offer. It was a nice little spot to crash at the end of each day and I did take a moment each evening to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Affordable and about what I expected.

Beautiful place with amazing communication

This place is beautiful. The lake and the trees provide amazing views and pictures. The house is very comfortable and up to date. It was well stocked and very clean. The only down side is the additional campsite that is for rent is right there with no privacy. If theres no one camping its very private and quiet. Great place, and close to a lot of stuff.

I want to start by saying I have stayed at one of the hosts homes in the past and it was beyond exceptional so I was very surprised by this one not being like the photos. The description just needs some updating until they get the issue resolved. The home was very clean. The back yard was very pretty. The location or surrounding neighborhood was not that great . The patio was very nice. The home was well decorated . The bathroom was very cute. The co host was very responsive . Unfortunately the AC wasn’t working very well. It happens. The walls inside , the majority of them , were wavy or peeling , I’m not sure what it was. The master bedroom was bowing out and wavy and starting to split . There is a breaker box directly next to your head at the master bed. I left because of the walls and AC. With some upgrades this could be a cute place. The neighborhood however left a lot to be desired and I didn’t like having my grandson there with me , several cars were going by to the house next door and not staying long, lots of empty or just dilapidated homes , it had an abandoned feel. It was storming bad when we had to pack and leave so I cleaned everything up took pictures and video of how I left it ( which I always do in homes just in case) and did leave only the tiny garbage can full and an empty cardboard box next to it . I had no choice due to the weather and climbing temperature in the home, so for that I apologize. Unfortunately I have to give this home a low rating as it would not be fair to others to experience the same thing.

Saw this place after my reservation on the Suwannee got canceled due to the flooding on the river. We decided to give this place a try, and it was a great time! Brought my pontoon boat and put it in, and did a lot of fishing for the couple days we were here. The town of Inverness had quite a lot of things around, did some school shopping while there and just had an overall good time. Lots of good food and places to shop and what not all around. The house was real clean, check in and out was easy, the overall trip was a great success. Me and my family were impressed and will stay again if the Suwannee gets flooded out.

Beautiful waterfront

Cute mobile home on a large plot of secluded waterfront property. It was located perfectly for our springs exploration; 30-40 minutes of easy driving to Rainbow River State Park, Crystal River and Weeki Watchi. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the lake and beautiful moss draped oak trees made for a nice relaxing vacation.

Very clean and well prepared accommodations

Great spot in "Old Florida" mostly private, well appointed little camp trailer. Nice little dock you can fish off of. Our favorite place was the screened in patio on the back, sunsets from here were fantastic.
