Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has super comfy king size bed and gorgeous views. Upstairs in the green room are two twin beds, you can always push together to make a queen. The refreshing lemon room has a queen size bed. All rooms have TV’s when you need a break from all the sightseeing and fresh air. Equipped with ROKU.

The property is just a few blocks from the boat ramps and there is room for your trailer on the property. You can access the Gulf of Mexico for scalloping or the springs to enjoy the manatees.

There are 7 restaurants including, Crumps, The Shed, The Freezer, Sea Grass, Monkey Bar and the Florida Cracker (for breakfast and brunch) and Margueritta Grill. All accessible by boat and by car. Charter trips for sunsets and tours are available all over the river.

Dock usage: This came in from our guests who stayed 4th of July – As for the boat dock it was excellent. I would say with a flats or pontoon boat there shouldn’t be a problem getting in and out of the canal. The only issue would be the halls road bridge, anyone who would want to get their boat to the house would need to be able to lay down their top/Bimini to get under.

As for getting down the canal, when the tide is low it is just enough clearance about 3ft depth in the canal to get through, just need to stay in the middle and go slow. But during mid-high tide no problem. I also ran into some locals while going in and out of the canal and they told me they have never had a problem just have to go slow and pay attention.
