I really loved the mornings there. Maybe it was the way the evening storms cooled everything down, or just the feel of the place, but the air was so fresh and easy. If I were a coffee drinker, I’d have spent every morning outside. It was extremely nice that anything you would possibly need was available. All drawers cabinets and drawers were clearly labeled. No need to open 5 drawers or cabinets before finding the one.Thank you Susan

I really enjoyed this home for a week! Everything was as promised and better than I expected. I'll cover some of the stuff important to me:Fencing: large yard, fully fenced once you close the driveway gate. Just lift up the end of the gate and push it shut, latch it. The grass sticks it when open. My small dog enjoyed it immensely and there are animals on two sides that your furkid can communicate with. Internet: I ran an average of 400/11 Mbps down and up. Very respectable and perfect for remote work that I did. Workspace: desk available in the laundry room. I'll be honest, I never used it, but it seems spacious and more than enough room (I use 2-3 monitors). There's also a small dining room table, which is where I set up so I could work, watch TV, hang with the dog. Quiet: definitely peaceful and quiet. Living space: full kitchen, all amenities provided including paper plates and such. It's a small area but manageable and clutter free.

Cute quiet place. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The neighbors are great and very welcoming. The place its self is perfect for two people. Had everything we needed. Close to town but yet far enough away to enjoy being in the woods. I would definitely recommend it for a couple that’s plans on exploring and sightseeing but wants a private quiet place when done. Only thing I can recommend is a bigger tv on a different wall.

Leon and Judy being next door was great when I had questions or issues with anything.

We felt very accommodated and our host was very responsive and helpful. I appreciated that they had things available for cooking meals and doing laundry. It would be a great place to stay with your dog. It was quiet and peaceful.

We stayed for 6 weeks and had everything available for a comfortable stay. Our dogs loved the large fencesd in yard and we took enjoying going for walks on the trails right beside the house. Very quiet neighborhood.We took advantage of the sunroom especially on cool morning. Enjoyable stay!

If you like peace and quiet, this is the place, it was perfect for us, as we love the forest, and being in in country. It was perfect for 2 people, and very, very clean. It was so nice having a washer and dryer. The weather was cold, so we didn’t get to use the bikes, but it was very cozy inside.

Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Super pet friendly with a large fenced in yard. We enjoyed being next to forest to take a hike. Peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely use her property again.

I felt that the air conditioning was not enough for this house. We needed to disturb the neighbors to reset the enternet multipletimes. If you stay during the summer, bring an extra fan. There is only one in the house to help cool off the house. For the amount of money to stay here, it would have been nice to have the air conditioning on when we arrived. instead, it was 87 degrees when we walked in. We chose to leave for a while until it cooled off.

It was good at first , until towards the end of my trip realized there are cameras that u can only notice at night . Very uncomfortable since they do not state that in the BNB description

Overall okay place to stay. Bed is extremely uncomfortable though so would not stay again. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs.

I thought by remote we wouldn’t have anyone else around us but there are other trailers. It was quiet though and we didn’t see many people. I didn’t consider this glamping as everything was dated. I must say it was clean, well stocked with necessary supplies, and very affordable. It was conveniently located between my two daughters which worked out great. The area has a lot of parks in which to walk around.

Thank you for letting us stay here. It was very clean,quiet and everything we needed was there. My husband enjoyed sitting outside. Bed was comfortable. We loved the recliners even though one of them I had a little problem getting out of, of course us laughing hysterically did not help any!🤣 We would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Excellent away from the busy road. Quiet neighborhood. Place was roomy for two. TV needed rebooting several times wasa bit of an issue but we got through it. Big yard. All you need it there.

The best equipped Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Everything you need to cook, bathroom and bedroom items were abundant.After being in St Pete, we enjoyed the quiet dead end street that we were at.About 3 miles from downtown Inverness.Older mobile home but VERY clean and well taken care of.Big fenced in yard that our dog enjoyed. We will be back next year.Thanks Leon and Judy for your hospitality also.

The accommodations were very peaceful and very close to the forest. The birds were just amazing. It was a good area to take hikes. It was close enough to town, but still in the country. The bed was very comfortable. The TV channel selection was very good. The La-Z-Boy chairs were comfortable and we used them often. The heating kept us very warm when needed. The air conditioning cooled us when needed. All around it was a very enjoyable stay and very reasonably priced. The office was very useful and allowed us to work remotely.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen had any pot, pan, utensil you would need. Spent alot of time relaxing in the Florida room. Was nice to walk right out and into the forrest for a hike. Fenced yard was appreciated since we had our dog with us. Look forward to staying there again!

This home was perfect for us! We had just moved from New Jersey and we’re using Airbnb homes for a few weeks while house-hunting in the area. The location was ten minutes from the home we decided to buy, so it was very convenient to run back and forth to the new place the last week before our closing. The home was comfortable and had all the conveniences we needed. The location, literally up against the state forest, was quiet and pleasant…our dog loved investigating all the new smells and critters, including a gopher tortoise that appeared across the street one day. Our hosts next door, a lovely couple, were very accommodating and even brought over some delicious baked goods while we were moving in. All in all, it was a successful and relaxing week despite the stress of closing on our new home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Jennifer's place is a quite, clean, and secure. From the beginning to the end of our three week stay we were comfortable and felt very welcome. The owners are wonderful! You can not find a more welcoming place to stay. We had our dog with us and it felt good that we did not have to worry about her woundering off because of the large fenced in yard. once you stay here you'll want to come back again again.

Great stay. Everything just as described. Poodle loved the fenced yard and walks in the woods. Property backs up to the state forest. I got lost but I told Daisy to take me home and she did just like Timmy falling into the well. For you young kids that was a Lassie episode.

Great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice sitting areas outside to enjoy nature. Well furnished and comfortable. Lots of channels on the TV is a plus. I found everything needed to feel at home. The only negative was the AC, it had trouble keeping up during the heat of the day. If you out and about during that time then you will be OK. I would stay again.

the place was super clean and had a beautiful property. the bed was like concrete to sleep on and the pillows were not much better. the bathroom was small but comfortable. it was more of a stay for one person not multiple. I liked that they worked with us and our dogs and the dogs loved running and playing in the huge yard. the only other complaint I really had was while I was trying to relax an elderly couple had let themselves into the trailer and were trying to figure out when our checkout was. which I felt was very odd.

location was very nice, not far from my place of business in crystal river so that was perfect! Love the keyless entry was very convenient. Only issue was keeping the trailer cool during the day but they had a fan that was great for keeping cool. overall experience was great.

Really enjoyed my quiet stay here. I visit the area regularly to help out my grandma and this was a great deal in my experience. I felt safe as a single woman and glad to rest in this quiet lil’ home backing up to a Florida state forest on one side! Unlike many stays here, this one was not buggy (hey, it is Florida - I’ve got nightmare stories!) And Inverness has everything you’ll need nearby.

Very homey, cozy place in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is very well stocked and the laundry room was a big plus. The home was very private and being right next door to the forest trails was magical. The house has an awesome vibe. I would definitely go back.

Not a best place to stay the surrounding of this home looks like a dump , I went to stay at this place and didn’t not feel safe staying there. Anther thing I cancel my reservations, because I didn’t feel safe staying there and Jennifer refuse to give me back the money out $450 she gave me $99 only . Maybe her house looks nice and clean , but the surrounding look like a dump .

We had a great week and a half glamping in Inverness! Highly recommend it. Great bike trails in the area. Both Leon and Judy made us feel very welcome. Jennifer’s communication was excellent. The rental is very clean and spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would love to come back!

Incredible.What reality should feel like!Submersed in a hideaway of nature, watching the Ibis in the trees. Overlooking the waterway in the backyard every morning and evening. A screened in porch so you can keep the doors open with good weather, hearing all the animals. The spiral staircase makes you feel like you’re in a treehouse. So clean and feels like home!
